Thoughtful Act of kindness

NOVEMBER 12 / Antony Nembhard

Everyone knows what a random act of kindness is.  It's doing something nice for someone for no reason.  Oft times this is easy to do because of convenience.  You're walking through a door, someone is also walking through so, you hold the door for them.  We love this!  But how much more meaningful would it be if we were walking one way and we saw someone with both hands full going the opposite way.  Would we take the time to help them out even though it would be an inconvenience to us.  Being thoughtful requires us to observe and be conscious of the people and events around us.  It requires us to stop focusing on ourselves and think and feel for others.  Let's put a little thought and heart into our acts of kindness this week.
