You are not alone

Understanding and recognizing the people that care about you is the first step in acknowledging that we are not alone.  Often times we tend to keep things to ourselves instead of using the outlets so readily available to us.  This is very unhealthy for our emotional well-being.  Today the participants were asked to learn to Relax, Relate and Release by being brave enough to talk to someone about anything that might be troubling them.  Let’s take the time to listen extra carefully to what our children may be trying to tell us this week and every week.
